1. How do I shop caragray.com?

Shopping on caragray.com is easy. Once you have decided on the piece you would like to purchase, simply click the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’ button which can be found underneath each art piece.

You can review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘VIEW CART’ button on the Shop pages. Once you are ready to complete your order please click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’.


2. Can I change my order?

Yes you can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping. You can do this by simply clicking the ‘REMOVE FROM BASKET’ button in your shopping bag and then the ‘RECALCULATE’ button.

However, once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible for you to change or cancel it. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information.


3. What is the Cara Gray Refund or Exchange Policy?

We do not offer a refund or exchange once your purchase has been completed if you change your mind.

If on receiving your art work you see that it is damaged, please notify us immediately. We will replace any goods which have been damaged during postage.


4. How do I change currency?

To convert prices into a different currency, please click here to access a currency converter. Please note: all destinations will be billed in Australian Dollars.


5. Can I order by telephone?

Yes you can order and make payment over the phone. To schedule a phone consultation, please click here to contact us online. Please specify your name, telephone number, location and the best time to call.


6. What can I do if the print I was looking for is no longer available?

Each print is limited-edition, individually signed and numbered on high quality art paper. Once these are gone they will not be reprinted, so be sure to snap up your favourite art works while you can.


7. How do I know if prints are available to purchase?

All prints are available to purchase unless ‘Sold Out’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
